Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Please return your part(s) to the following address:

 To return products, please call Customer Service at 352-351-1170 and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

You may also request an RMA by visiting your “My Account” page and clicking on "Return Items."

Include the RMA number on the outside of the package and be sure to obtain a tracking number from your shipping company.

Return items must be shipped prepaid (except in the case of a wrong item shipped). We suggest you ship the products to us in their original packaging, and insure shipment. Please understand that KNA Supply cannot be responsible for loss or damage during return shipment to our company.

Items must be returned within thirty (30) days (except Pro-Shop items, please see below) of receipt of order and must be in as-new condition, complete with all parts, packaging and accessories as sold originally (the only exception is for products that have been opened but are proven to be defective). Items ordered incorrectly may be subject to a re-stocking charge of up to 20%.

All returns will receive credit on account only, no cash refunds will be issued. No deduction from any invoice or statement is allowed for returned products.

 PRO-SHOP RETURNS:

Kitt, Nicholson & Associates Inc. (KNA Supply) guarantees the salability of all qualifying Pro-Shop merchandise purchased and shipped from our warehouse. If any qualified item fails to sell within 12 months time, you may return it to us for an exchange or for credit to your account.

All Pro-Shop returns exchanged for other Pro-Shop items will receive a 100% credit off your invoice.

All Pro-Shop returns exchanged for "Non-Pro-Shop" items will receive a 100% credit towards the clients account and 20% off every Non-Pro-Shop invoice. This will continue for every Non-Pro-Shop purchase made until the credit is exhausted. (Fasteners, Wheel Weights and IES Chemical excluded.)

Example:

All returned products must be in salable condition and in the original packaging. Any returned product that is deemed non-salable or is found to be without the original packaging may not be eligible for credit. These products will be returned with your next order. The only exception will be for product found to be defective.

All returned products require a Return Merchandise Authorization number.  To return products, please call Customer Service at 352-351-1170 and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). For accounts with an outside Sales Representative, your sales representative has the ability to process returns on your behalf.

Products to be returned should be carefully packed and include an itemized list. Please include your account name, contact name, contact email address and complete address of your location. Credit will be issued after verification of returned merchandise has been performed.

Merchandise returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Our Pro-Shop guaranteed sale policy will remain in effect as long as the customer is actively purchasing from KNA Supply.

Our return policy is subject to amendment without prior notice.
